The space
The apartment is only 2 km from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano (5 min by metro) -20 min by metro from St. Peter's Basilica -12 minutes from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and 25 minutes from the Basilica of San Paolo.
The fully renovated apartment (work completed in May 2024) is located on the ground floor of an elegant building.
It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom
Embellished with oak parquet, it enjoys excellent silence despite being located in a central area.
The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, large chest of drawers and open clothes hanger - 45" Smart TV - window with mosquito net and air conditioning
The bedroom, independent of the living room, is very spacious and cozy, equipped with a queen-size bed, armchair bed (single), wardrobe with two sliding doors, 2 bedside tables, 55" Smart TV, desk with chair, window with mosquito nets - air conditioning.
The kitchen, communicating with the living room, is equipped with an induction stove - microwave oven - dishes and flatware - refrigerator with freezer - kettle - toaster - juicer - Nespresso coffee machine.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a good wine.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and sink - equipped with hairdryer and flat iron, shampoo and shower gel.

The house is fully equipped with bed linens - towels and shower linens as well as two bathrobes for our little guests.
In the house you will find an iron and ironing board at your disposal - on request we will also provide you with a camp bed for younger guests.

All rooms are equipped with WiFi and windows with mosquito nets.

Guest access
The apartment is on Via Appia Nuova and guests arriving by car will be able to take advantage of free parking on the street or paid parking in the immediate vicinity.
Guests who reach the apartment by public transport can take advantage of the Metro A Colli Albani stop, which is only 200 meters from the building.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has no steps.
