As we already tried to explain during your stay with us, we are deeply sorry about the serious problem we had regarding the air condition, we truly apologize about it. Unfortunately, several blackouts that occurred throughout the city due to the climate emergency caused a severe damage to our system, and it took some time to completely fix it. It is always disappointing when we do not live up to the high expectations we have set for the hotel and ourselves.
