Boutique Signature Suite in the Heart of Ancient Rome represents the quintessential accommodation in Rome. A stone throw away from major landmarks such as Piazza della Suburra, Colosseum and the Roman Forum we a sure that your stay in this stunning apartment will remain in your hearts and minds for many years to come.
All of Rome's major landmarks such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Saint Peter's, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna can be reached by foot.
They key attraction of this area is what people refer to as 'hidden Rome'. Walk out from the apartment and take the little side alleys that characterize this Medieval part of the city where you will discover hidden squares featuring buildings with stunning architecture.
In accordance with local laws, we inform guests that a tourist tax of €6.00 per person per night will be required as a separate payment upon your arrival, up to a maximum of ten nights per stay.

My wife and I spent six nights in this wonderful suite. It was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and appeared recently renovated. It’s easily accessible by public transit directly from Rome airport. Monti is a vibrant neighbourhood, with many shops, restaurants, and bars, and is in walking distance to many of the city’s tourist attractions. The Metro station is right by the door which is very convenient for travelling further afield. Staying here, with all of the surrounding hustle and bustle, felt like an authentic Roman experience. Communication was great and Alex ensured the check-in went smoothly. We would not hesitate to return!

This apartment is truly amazing! It has a real Roman / Italian feel to it and with everything needed for a long weekend or a week stay!Right in the heart of Rome and easy walking distance to all of the historical sights (6/7 minutes to the Coloseum and other attractions being just a few minutes more), with plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep too! Most of the eateries are frequented by locals of all ages so no matter what your age you will enjoy your time here for sure!We had great communication from both Alex the owner as well as the property manager too.A word of advice, if you have never been before, make sure you queue for a taxi at the airport and take an official taxi which has a set price of 55 euros, there are many unscrupulous taxi operators at the airport who are desperate to rip you off !Overall, we had an amazing 4 days here and would definitely come back here again. Many thanks for everything Alex! Stu & Gwen x

Beautiful Apartment - but poor communication

The apartment is exceptional. Newly renovated with nice materials. Excellent location. Very clean. High compliments. However, the apartment was very dark inside. There is no natural light contrary to the photographs. This is because we could not open the external wooden shutters at all due to exterior renovation work being done on the building and this meant it felt like we lived in a cave with lights on day and night. The lack of light and inability to open the outside shutters was not communicated at all. After the time to cancel the booking had passed our host messaged us saying that renovations had just begun to the envelope of the building; implying there would be noise during the day. Given when this was communicated and our expectation we would be out and about at that time, we continued with the booking. However, there was no noise because hardly anyone was working on the building. We also learned that renovations had been ongoing since the beginning of the year - contrary to what we were told. When we asked the host about this, the response was that there was mention of this in the listing - which of course does not talk about the closed shutters. In addition the renovations are happening inside the building as well. Moreover, our flights were delayed through no fault of our own by 10 hours and our host would not allow us to check in around midnight after landing at 10:40pm. So we had to book a hotel at the last minute when we landed in Rome.

Perfect Spot

Everything about this listing was perfect. It's a small place, enough for 2 people. It's in a great location, you can walk down the street and see the Colosseum. I think maybe a 5 minute walk from there. It's within walking distance of everything. Luisa met us upon check in and gave a bunch of recommendations in the area. It is a bit noisy at night but you are on a street with shops and restaurants so that is to be expected. It did not bother me at all and I enjoyed listening to the music in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again.

Kamen flugbedingt sehr viel früher als reguläre Check-in Zeit. War kein Problem. Für uns super Lage zwischen Forum romanum und Centro storico im netten Monti-Viertel. Bei offenem Fenster manchmal etwas laut, aber das lässt sich wohl nicht vermeiden wenn man so zentral wohnt. U-Bahn auch direkt gegenüber.

Wonderful Stay!

We had been touring Europe for over two weeks and completed the final leg of our trip in Rome. This was the perfect place to start to slow our pace. The host was fantastic and readily available to answer any questions we had regarding certain stores, etc. we were looking for. WOW!!

This was in the best location ever! We were able to walk to so many amazing locations from the apartment. Although being central, we didn’t have any issues with the noise of the street at night. Our 17 month old also slept! Being on the 3rd floor also helped. The new bed is roomy and comfortable. We were greeted by Luisa who met us even though our flight was delayed. She was very kind and helped us with our bags up the stairs. Prior to our check in, she had sent us a ton of recommendations as well. If you’re coming to Rome and really want to be centrally located in a beautiful apartment, this is the place!

Nice apartment - noisy neighborhood

Very nice and clean apartment and great communication with the host! Only downsides was a small (140 cm wide) and very firm bed. It's peculiar to have such a small bed in such a large bedroom! The neighborhood is quite noisy, so I slept with earplugs - the teenager could sleep through anything.. Many good restaurants in the area and great recommendations from host. The location is close to everything. Great stay in Rome!
