Located in a historic building in Vicolo Savelli,with an internal elevator, a beautiful apartment with a particoular style, with its paintings and the numerous mirrors!

The house is made up as follows:
- Very large living room with 3 sofas, including a double sofa bed, bookcase, TV and desk.
- Dining room, with access to the balcony and dining table for 6 people
- Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals
- Large double bedroom with 160cm wide bed, mirrored wardrobe and armchair
- Double room with 160 cm wide bed, desk and private bathroom with shower
- Bathroom with shower
- Balcony with access from the dining room
The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, free wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hair dryer. Sheets and towels are included in the service.

The Campo de’ Fiori district is one of the most renowned and ancient in Roma, containing some of the most interesting tourist spots and is also famous for its numerous coffee bar, restaurants and shops.
The narrow streets of Campo de' Fiori allow you to get around on foot or by bicycle and easily reach Piazza Navona, take a tour of Via dei Coronari (the antique paradise), see the Church of San Luigi dei Francesi with Caravaggio's masterpieces, up to the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain and all the most important archaeological sites

APARTMENT RULES:

ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceeded to cancel the reservation

- Tourist taxes (€ 5 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings exceeding the week, a weekly cleaning of €100 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking

IMPORTANT: To complete the online check you need to put the photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must submit documents relating to the registration of incoming persons upon request.

INFO CHECK OUT: Excluding situations where late check out is granted, if the check out time at 10 am is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be applied after the first 15 minutes and € 50 after a 25-minute delay in vacating the property.

*In the event that the Landlord is unable to vacate the apartment within the established day and time of the Checkout (10 AM), the Landlord, from now on, authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to vacate the apartment from
all personal effects, objects or things owned by the Host. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), in the best possible way, all the Landlord's assets and return them to him at his first request.
