It was ok. Didnt like that they dont have fitted sheets and the sheets kept bunching and leaving me on the stained mattress. They also had lintballs on the mattress that felt weird. No shower door, so the floor would get really wet. It was not sound proof at all, we heard everything happening everywhere. And if someone else uses water you lose pressure and heat until they are done. The towels are very thin. But it was a decent location with some good places to eat (like the Chinese restaurant next.. hear me out...amazing dumpings). There is also a bus station really close and Castel San'Angelo. The elevator looked scary but was safe. And you have to open both doors (which can be tricky) to the office/hotel rooms area to fit through with backbacks and luggage. Did talk to staff but maybe once or twice. There is a refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle but we didnt use them. Also the white flat thing in the bathroom is a heater.
