I booked only a week from my trip. This was the best deal and the reviews were right. It is a great option for those who want to travel into the city center. While there I used 3 different train lines, and one bus line. It's very easy to navigate. Eleanora is very helpful and gave up a map when we checked in. I booked the quad room which was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The room was clean and comfy. We also felt very safe there. The B&B is located in a much bigger apartment building. So there is no lobby or check in desk. It's on the 2nd floor of the building, sort of a suite. Inside the suite there is 4 different rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is where daily breakfast is offered. Breakfast was a collection of breads and pastries with spreads and juices. She also offered pancakes or waffles, all individually wrapped. Breakfast was very convenient as it helped make sure we were good to face our day without having to find a breakfast option. You must contact the owner to let her know when you plan on arriving she can meet you to let you in. You will have your own keys: for the building, the B&B suite, and your room. We had a great time and I recommend booking this as it was a great option for us.
