Great apartment

Would have given a 5 star but the wash machine kept tripping the breaker and the WiFi does not really reach the bedrooms. The apartment was great perfect location.

Bästa läget i Rom

Vi bodde fem personer i denna fina lägenhet i Rom. Läget var bästa tänkbara, vi gick till allt. Många fina restauranger i närheten. Lägenheten var perfekt för oss fem vuxna. Incheckningen supersmidig, vi fick tom tillgång till lägenheten innan incheckningstiden. Kan gärna tänka mig att komma tillbaka igen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome. L’appartement était bien situé, spacieux mais un peu sombre.Nous avons manqué de certains équipements, la bouilloire et le grille pain ne fonctionnaient pas.Le canapé lit n’était pas très confortable.L’interlocuteur de l’agence qui nous a accueilli etait très aimable. Compte tenu du prix, les prestations étaient correctes selon moi

Was a great property for our trip. Very central location for all of our activities!2 notes for mgmt.1. Washer either needs looking at or instructions for use.2. In the main bathroom shower/tub glass needs recaulking for there is a leak while showering in the corner behind the toilet.

Such a Gem!

We booked 3 nights before our cruise of the Mediterranean and had never been to Rome before. This place was absolutely perfect! It’s located right next to a wonderful Italian restaurant and just around the corner from a fabulous cafe. The place is clean and comfortable and a short walk from the Pantheon and almost anything you might wanna visit in Rome. I will say it’s located on the upper floor of this apartment building so there’s a good flight of stairs to climb to get to the unit but that would be my only bad remark on this apartment! We will definitely book here again for our next to Rome!

Winter Holiday in Rome

We had a lovely stay in Rome during our Christmas Break. The apartment was in great condition, clean and tidy. It is centrally located so we were able to walk to everything. We had a wonderful time.

The location is EXCELLENT!

Overall, we are glad we booked this property. We could not have asked for a better location. So if you are interested in walking to all interest points and being in an area that is safe and full of great shops and restaurants, you should definitely book this place. I do agree that the overall cleanliness could be improved on. The sheets and bedding did not give a freshness impression, though clean. And the bathrooms need a good deep cleaning or even better, a few updates. Additionally, the door to get into unit has lose handle and we had to be very careful each time. The stairs to get up to unit also smell of smoke. The managers of the property and person who met us at check-in were all very friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of. If we go again, I might look into this listing again if updates have occurred, but only want to book in the interest of location.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts let us check in early and were very friendly. The location is fantastic - walking distance to historical sites and hundreds of restaurants, bars, stores, and piazzas.

Appartement grand et bien situé. Bien équipé pour séjourné plusieurs jours. Quelques détails ont été néanmoins gênant comme la fenêtre du salon qui accueille le cli clac qui était cassée et n'insonorisait pas la rue bruyante et n’avait pas de rideau ni volet. Attention également à la propreté qui était limite au niveau des salles de bains.

Pictures Don’t tell the real story!!!

I want to preface this review by saying we stayed in three VRBO locations prior to this unit, one in Venice,Florence,and Amalfi, all were very nice places, Rome was our last stop,and this unit was by far the worst, the lighting was terrible, electrical issues in both bathrooms, no ventilation in either bathroom, the door handle came off the door, one of the window could not be closed, moldie smell in both baths, needs a lot of updating, the one plus is it is in a great location for many attractions,for the price, I would look elsewhere. Sorry for the poor review, but the truth hurts sometimes,Thanks

Family trip

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay here! It was just a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to see. Several great restaurants and shops just steps from your door. We messaged our host requarding a couple house issues and they responded and fixed them right away. This spot is beautiful and cozy. We had one sleeping on the pullout couch which was just fine. We recommend eye coverings if sleeping on the couch since there are no window coverings. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. 10/10 recommend!

Great Rome Location

We loved the location of the property. We were able to walk to all of the sites of Rome. Listing was as advertised. Comfortable space for our family. Close to great food, treats, markets and drinks.

This property is in an excellent location. All amenities are close by and within walking distance. However, the apartment needs a lot of TLC. Beds were uncomfortable. AC units was not working properly in one of the bedrooms. One of the dining table chairs was broken. Had to turn off AC units to use washing machine. Hair Dryer in one of the bathrooms did not plug in to any of the outlets. Power went off when using Hair Dryer from other bathroom and had to reset the circuit breaker. Ants in kitchen area. Shower water temperature fluctuated from too hot to too cold. For the amount we paid, we expected better.

Spacious and excellent air conditioning

The unit is in an excellent location. It is right around the corner from many shops, restaurants and gelato. We walked to all the attractions and all were within 30 minutes. If you prefer to take the bus, there is a stop a few metres away and we hopped onto the 64 that took us to Termini in minutes. It was over 35 degrees Celsius when we were in Rome and the air conditioning in the unit is superb. Each bedroom has a it’s own unit and the living area also has a unit. I highly recommend, we would stay there again.

Really nice stay

Roomy apartment near everything in Rome. Great AC. Communicative. Only issue was the proximity to Campo di Fiori which turned out to be riddled with pickpocketers. It’s a huge problem. My phone was stolen on day one. Otherwise, recommend.

Location of the property is very good, and it is spacious, however, not cleaned well. Used pods and water in the coffee machine, ants on the counters, dishes needed cleaned before use. Box of salt that expired in 2019. I had trouble with the TV, took 24 hours to get a response.

L'appartement est assez spacieux et confortable (nous étions 5 personnes). Proche du Campo dei Fiori, de la Piazza Navona, du Panthéon. Très facile de gagner, à partir de là, la Piazza Venezia, le Vatican, le Trastevere. Endroit calme, bagagerie à proximité (via del Pellegrino, 52). Excellent séjour!

Great location

When we arrived, someone met us there and explained everything well. The location is perfect for exploring everywhere. If you are willing to walk, you can get just about anywhere in about 30 mins, or there is a taxi pick up very close. The location can be kind of loud at night, but it didn't keep me awake, and i slept with the window open.
