The Space:

The apartment features a spacious, well-appointed sleeping area, a modern and finely finished bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with both an oven and a microwave—perfect for cooking your own meals.



Ideal for a couple or a small group of friends, it’s designed to offer a relaxing and comfortable stay after a day exploring the wonders of Rome.



Guests can enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a TV, heating, and air conditioning throughout the space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and a set of keys just for them. The standard check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm.



We offer a self check in option, which allows the guest to access the apartment at their preferred time after 15.00 pm.

Please note that for assistance with check-in outside of standard hours involves an extra fee of €25 for assistance after 9PM and €50 after midnight.



In the case an early check in might be needed don't hesitate to contact us: we'll do our best to adapt to your specific needs.

BuddyRent manages this apartment with care and is happy to assist you before and during your stay.



The property is cleaned and sanitized by trained staff to ensure a comfortable environment upon your arrival.



You’ll find Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy a pleasant and independent stay.



Extra cleaning or linen changes are available upon request (subject to a fee) — we're happy to accommodate your needs.



The apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL A1).



The sleeping area and the living area are integrated into a single open space.
