The property is located in the Porta Metronia-San Giovanni area, about a 20-minute walk from the Basilica of the same name and Piazza Re di Roma, where you can find the metro stop to move comfortably around the city. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The apartment is centrally located, but it is very quiet and represents the ideal solution for staying in the city center while remaining away from the chaos. The location is excellent, in about 20 minutes on foot you can reach the Basilica of San Giovanni, the Lateran Palace and the Scala Santa, a place of worship for the faithful from all over the world. Also in 20 minutes on foot you arrive at Piazza Re di Roma where you can find the metro stop to reach all the main points of interest in the city such as Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican Museums.

The area is full of services, including bars, supermarkets and restaurants.

- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment by taking the fast regional train to Roma Termini Station, from where you can take the subway (Line A) to the “Re di Roma” stop (4 stops), about 18 minutes on foot from the apartment;



- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 520 in the direction of “Cinecittà” to the “Tuscolana/Cinecittà” stop (9 stops), from where you can take the subway A to the “Re di Roma” stop, about 18 minutes on foot from the property.;



- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by subway (Line A) to the “Re di Roma” stop, about 18 minutes on foot from the property;



- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL. It is possible to park (for a fee) on the street or at the Garage Cirulli in via Gallia, a 4-minute walk from the accommodation.
