The space

'Le colonne Luxury House" is located at:
- 5 minutes walk from Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, Pantheon and Tiber Island
- 8 minutes' walk from Piazza Navona and Trastevere
- 10 minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Imperial Forums
- 15 minutes' walk from the Colosseum.

The elegant living room has air conditioning/heating and smart tv, with a dining area.

The 3 bedrooms scrupulously and luxuriously refurbished and furnished, are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold function), smart TV with Netflix access, and choice linens.

This luxury vacation rental has 3 full bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare excellent meals.
A corner is dedicated to the coffee area with Nespresso machine, Aeroccino for making cappuccino and an electric kettle.

The house is equipped with a washer/dryer for guest use (no extra charge).

Guest access
The apartment is located on the first noble floor of a historic 16th-century building.

The entrance is private and there is no elevator.
Access is via an antique marble staircase of some 20 steps that is fully lit.

Other things to note
This house, thanks to the brand new thermal and sound insulating windows and doors, is immersed in quietness and will give you excellent rest!

This magnificent property is exactly how it is depicted in the photos or even better. It's large, full of charm, luxurious, and has every amenity you could possibly want. The attention to details is beyond words. The house is very quiet even if the location is central and walkable to most sites, great restaurants and shops in the city. Communication with the owner Alessandro was great and he was very responsive and attentive. We will be back and we will recommend this amazing home to all our friends.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. The home was very clean and so beautiful as the pictures on the site if not even better. We really appreciated that there is a bathroom for every bedroom, and the beds were super comfortable. They provide so many amenities such as slippers and dental kits. I never find so many amenities in a Vrbo.Definitely is an amazing, conveniently located rental in Rome that I would highly recommend staying at if you’re going with friends or family. Management was great and responded quickly to our requests.

Check in was seamless. Host was kind and gave us a lot of reccomandetions. This wonderful, spotless house is equipped with everything we need along with a welcome basket full of snacks, local treats and a bottle of champagne . Best of all, this apartment is in a great location to see the best of Rome! It is close to the high end shopping street, Via de Corso and there are many restaurants nearby offering excellent traditional Italian food.

Such a beautiful place to stay for a visit to Rome. It was a wonderful quiet oasis to come back to for a break from visiting all the sights in the surrounding areas. Thank you, Alessandro for your straightforward and kind communication; we went to all of your recommended restaurants (and Giolitti’s!) and loved them all. We also very much appreciated your flexibility around check in and check out, and Milad was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I hope to stay here again the next time I’m in Rome - everything was perfect!

Wonderful Stay in Rome!We had an amazing experience at this wonderful property. The location is fantastic – within walking distance to many of Rome’s must-see spots. Pantheon is just around the corner, as is Trevi Fountain, and lovely shops and restaurants. We also walked to the Coliseum and Vatican and Roman Forum, etc.The owners were responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some great local recommendations. The apartment is upscale and spacious, with so many amenities like a 5 star hotel, very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver after long days of sightseeing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for this luxurious house in a great location!

This a great house. The architecture and art are very unique. Very interesting decor Comfy beds with air conditioning in all bedrooms.The location was perfect. Steps from the Pantheon, Trevi, and Spanish Steps. A short walk to the Colosseum and Vatican. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way. I have been to Rome many times. This was the best place I have ever stayed at.

The apartment is beautiful. Spacious with good- sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large, well decorated common area/living room. The apartment is within close walking distance of several major sites. Alessandro was a friendly and very responsive host. This amazing apartment, right in the center of Rome, is better than in the pictures, wonderful, luxury, with the best modern amenities. The furnishings were just beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed and was very clean and well presented. We were welcomed to the apartment and our bags were taken up the flight of stairs (20 steps) for us. They even left a welcome package for us with snacks, pasta and sauce and a bottle of champagne. Great A/C and wifi. Everything you need or wish to is nearby.We walked to every Rome highlights. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. The area was very safe and clean with no concerns. We will back!

Perfect location in heart of Rome

The apartment is adorable and the location is the best right in the middle of everything but quiet! It was perfect for our group of 6 friends. Full of amenities and huge welcome pack with local treats and snacks. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Perfect spot for a stay in Rome!

This was an amazing apartment for our Rome 3-night stay. The location is perfect - walkable to all the major sights and plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. The apartment is beautiful with (as my 14 and 16 year olds said) the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! It was so hot out during our stay and the AC was heavenly. Everything you need is provided (down to toothbrushes) and the owners go above and beyond - leaving local treats, water and champagne. Check in was seamless and there was great communication from our host - we had flight delays and cancellations and they accommodated us more than we expected. We cannot wait for our next trip to Rome to rent this apartment again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome and at Le Colonne! The apartment was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of six, with three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The location couldn’t have been better — we were within walking distance to many of the beautiful sites we visited, and the area felt very safe with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Allejandro was a wonderful host — attentive, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend Le Colonne and would definitely stay here again!

1.Location is so central. Perfect to get everywhere in Rome in minutes. You cannot do much better. 2. Home - Absolutely beautiful!! It's got a great private feel away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful and spotless, every detail is taken care of. Such a stylish home with a blend of modern, chic style and Roman history. It really added to our vacation! Space was perfect for our group of 6.Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in Rome. Luxury home in a perfect and central location

My cousins and I traveled to Italy for a mother-daughter trip, and the six of us had a great time staying in this apartment during our time in Rome. The apartment was beautiful, luxury, clean, and recently renovated in a way that still preserved and celebrated its history. The location was unbelievable, within walking distance to so many of the major monuments. The hosts were really welcoming and very responsive and had amazing recommendations for food which is always a plus. Would definitely go back if doing another group trip to Italy!

Stunning apartment in the best location in Rome

This apartment in Rome is absolutely stunning! It has a unique charm and atmosphere, with beautifully styled interiors that are both elegant and welcoming. Although our stay with friends was short, it was incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the level of comfort exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect – within walking distance of major historical sites, yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent – very helpful, responsive, and friendly.
