The studio is spread over a single large space consisting of a living area with kitchenette, sleeping area and services. 
The living area consists of a double sofa bed, 43-inch smart TV and kitchenette furnished with an equipped wall equipped with basic kitchen utensils, electric induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee pod machine, kettle and microwave oven.
The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed, lamps, a wardrobe and a cot for babies on request. 
The bathroom consists of a sink, shower and bidet. The apartment also has a comfortable furnished terrace, equipped with windows that make it habitable during all periods of the year.
Ultra-fast fiber wi-fi connection available throughout the accommodation.
