Elegant 80-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (a few steps to access it—NOT suitable for people with disabilities), just a short walk from Piazza Navona, the apartment is the ideal base for visiting the main attractions comfortably on foot and via public transportation. The apartment is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL); paid parking is available at the Via Giulia Parking garage, a 9-minute walk away.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), sofa, two armchairs, TV;

- BEDROOM 2: double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), TV, two armchairs, large closet;

- DINING ROOM: wooden table with chairs, split A/C;

- KITCHEN: gas stove (4 burners), table with chairs, moka pot, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM: shower, bidet, sink, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, air conditioning (dining room and hallway), heating provided by split-system A/C.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
