The interior layout is as follows:



KITCHEN. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

LIVING ROOM. Sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), dining area with table and chairs, and an armchair. Split-system AC.

BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and two wardrobes. Split-type air conditioner. Access to the balcony.

BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and washing machine.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

- From Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Aeroporto station to the Roma Tiburtina stop, less than a 10-minute walk from the property.



- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini Station, where you can take the metro to the "Bologna" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro to the "Bologna" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, there are several parking garages (for a fee) in the vicinity of the property.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
