With its spacious rooms, high ceilings, and abundant natural light, along with plants and soothing colors, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with yourself, rest, and meditate after a busy day exploring the Eternal City.
It features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen area, and a living area with a dining table and a sofa bed.
One bedroom has two double beds and an en suite bathroom with a window, sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom features a double bed and a full bathroom with a sink, mirror, bidet, very spacious shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Each bedroom has a smart TV, so you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows by logging in with your accounts.
In both bathrooms, you’ll find: a hair dryer, toilet paper, hypoallergenic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, electric oven, gas stovetop, kettle, toaster, and the famous moka pot for a perfect Italian-style coffee.
Cookware and dishes are provided so you can prepare your own meals at home and enjoy them with your loved ones at the comfortable 6-person table.
Heating is provided throughout the entire property, and each bedroom has a split-system air conditioner to cool you down on summer days and keep you warm on winter evenings.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building in Rome.

HOUSE RULES
1) I kindly ask my guests to respect the common areas and the quiet of the building and the neighborhood by avoiding loud voices, loud music, or other noises that might disturb the neighbors or cause discomfort when opening the front door or interior doors at night.

2) I kindly ask you to wash the dishes and surfaces you’ve used and to dispose of any opened food and trash on the day of check-out. Please leave the accommodation in a condition that does not require excessive or deep cleaning (e.g., no dishes with moldy food residue, dirty carpets, pet stains, etc.). The cleaning fee covers only routine cleaning between bookings. If you prefer or are in a hurry, I offer an extra cleaning service upon request to handle the kitchen and trash, as described in the instructions you received before check-in.

3)I’ll be available to assist with any requests that come through the dedicated WhatsApp group, where I’ll be happy to respond until 10:30 p.m. and starting the following morning.

4) Please take good care of the keys during your stay: be careful not to lose them and use them carefully when opening doors. You’re staying in an apartment building where other people live in neighboring units: returning after 10:00 PM without your keys or breaking them can be very unpleasant for you and difficult to handle at night; please be considerate of your neighbors, who kindly allow tourists to join the neighborhood to visit our beautiful city.

5) Please read the instructions regarding the shared accommodation carefully before arrival to avoid any inconvenience and ensure you have a wonderful stay.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
We’ll contact you via WhatsApp message to give you instructions on how to access the apartment. For arrivals with in-person check-in after 8:00 PM, there is a surcharge of €20, and €30 after midnight.
The cost of the accommodations are already included in the reservation, except for the tourist tax, which must be paid in cash upon arrival ($6 per person per night).
