Please note that there is a summer nighttime restricted traffic zone (ZTL) from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>-BEDROOM: double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), ceiling fan, standing fan, closet, and dresser<br><br>-LIVING ROOM: sofa, split A/C, smart TV, dining table <br><br>-KITCHENETTE: 4-burner stovetop, refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, and moka pot<br><br>-BATHROOM: shower, sink, and toilet (with handheld showerhead). There is one step<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, building-wide heating, iron and ironing board, hair dryer<br><br><br><br>Please note there is a 50-liter hot water heater<br><br><br><br>The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<br><br><br><br>The apartment is located in the San Lorenzo area, a university neighborhood rich in amenities and bustling with students in the evenings thanks to its many bars and vibrant nightlife.
