The house has a special story: it was built around 1600 as a stable and has been transformed over time keeping some original elements intact. The exposed wooden beams and the floors in Roman pepperino — a volcanic stone typical of the area, resistant and with an elegant gray color, used since ancient times — tell of the past and make the atmosphere unique.
The spaces are large and well organized: two cozy double bedrooms, located on two mezzanines, a perfect living room to relax after a day in the city and a modern open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The bathroom adjacent to one of the bedrooms completes the apartment with practicality and comfort.
The loft is equipped with heating and is completely non-smoking, to ensure a pleasant stay in every season. In fact, the stone makes it very cool and dry even in summer.
