The 60-square-meter apartment accommodates 4 people.

Lodi Station is four stops away from Termini Central Station, which can be reached from the airport via the Leonardo Express in about 30 minutes.
Cultural attractions such as the Basilica of St. John, the Holy Stairs, and Santa Croce are within walking distance.

The interior layout is as follows:

- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment by taking the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, where you can then take bus No. 64 toward “Stazione San Pietro” to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Roma Termini Station via the shuttle bus service. From there, take bus No. 64 toward “Stazione San Pietro” to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 64 toward “Stazione San Pietro” to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), which is a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take a regional train, such as train 12514 to Civitavecchia or train 4500 to Grosseto, getting off at “Stazione San Pietro,” a 5-minute walk from the property.

- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
