”Our room had a noisy ceiling fan needed to be replaced and a reading light over our bed that was out and needed to be replaced. I feel things like this should have been checked and reparied by hotel staff. I also feel a cross walk is needed between the hotel and the side of the road the beach, shopsn and resturants are on. Guess who walk must crross a road where traffic is traveling 55+ mph without a crosswalk. The resort could also benefit from some type of food service -- a least breakfast.”

”Wonderful hotel, great, welcoming staff. Enjoyed my stay very much. Very comfortable and spacious, wish it had not been windy to enjoy balcony---a real plus and not a regular amenity in most hotels. Excellent breakfast offered. ”

”This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. ”
