”Breakfast was good, the lady at the breakfast counter cleaning up was very nice always saying good morning to everyone. Only issue I had was the morning manager was rude to his front counter help. She would be doing something and the phone would ring he would yell to her saying grab the phone and he could of grabbed it.”

”We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay. ”

”Breakfast was better than expected with fresh fruit available in the lounge area upon arrival. Staff was very helpful and the shuttle service to and from the airport was great!”

”Love that there was a dishwasher and stove.there is a lot of activity to do, the staff was helpful, there is a lot a food places to go to, the best place for a hotel to be in & the pool was very fun, the hot tub was nice, the room is so big that the pull out couch is a has big as the real bed. the population there was so good people can make friends there just by playing in the pool with them you can barbecue there also and it next to the pool. High recommend this place!”

”Property had alot of people roaming the site at night, the room was clean but could have extra trash bins instead of just the restroom, cool ac so recommend taking extra blankets due to beds only having 2 sheets and a thin blanket in-between, bathtub/shower the water wasn't draining while taking a shower water was feeling up 😒 Breakfast is continental but eggs and potatoes were cold 🙄 Hotel was near Walmart, AZ Mills Mall. We had several options on fast food restaurants aswell as grocery...

”Remember that one friend you hung out with as a kid who had that strange vibe at their house and you found out as an adult it was a crack house and that's why things felt so "off?" Welcome to this hotel! Everything here is "off" from the overwhelming dinginess to the utter lack of cleanliness and no soap to be found anywhere, oh yes and the full trash can and nauseating scent of urine in the kitchen. ”This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...
