”Everything was exactly as good as expected at a Hampton…..except the bed. It was horrific. We almost didn’t stay the 2nd night because the bed was so bad…..but we had already paid for it. Hard, lumpy, very squeaky….woke up through the night with aches. Really disappointed because everything else was great. ”

”I have stayed at this hotel two times and it is one of my favorite places to stay. While traveling, it is beautiful. It has been remodeled. It is clean. The breakfast is nice. The staff is amazing. The accommodations are top-of-the-line. Absolutely would recommend and would stay here every time ”

”It was a fine property with the exception of the beds. It is past time to replace them. They are very uncomfortable due to large area of the sink hole in the middle of both beds. I asked about it, I was informed that the property is due for a refresh. ”

”Even though I booked my room 2 months in advance , upon arrival found out my room had been canceled due to overbooking. Staff would not help finding another room for me. Asked to talk to a manager and was told one was not available until the morning. Left my name and number and was never contacted. ”

”The only good thing in this hotel was the young and slim girl at the front desk. She was nice and helpful. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray (non-smoking room) and the sheets felt like they were dirty. The breakfast was a joke. There was only coffee and cereals to choose from but no bowls or milk for them. Once we asked the older lady at the front desk, she grunted and took bowls out of the cupboards. Not good customer service.. this wasn't our first similar experience at...

”I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”

”Comfortable hotel in a perfectly safe area near some good eating options. The woman who checked me in recommended Pancho Villa nearby and it was great. ”

”It nice, no roaches, or bed bugs. It’s quite around. Rooms are comfy. Only thing was they did not have hand soap filled in the dispenser. Other than that they had my fav channels like Comedy Central. Beds are comfy and so is the pillows. Ac and heart worked great. ”
