”We were welcomed & checked in by the lovely Marta, she was very polite & helpful. The bar staff were great too & they had a lovely terrace that we sat out in for a couple of drinks before our event. Checking in & checking out all went smoothly. Gorgeous hotel, comfy beds. ”

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with the littles details such as a personalised note welcoming us along with a delicious chocolate. The hotel exceeded our expectation with the quality finishings. Its a luxurious hotel within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast was amazing! ”Bloc is supposed to be an affordable design hotel. Well, if design means rooms that have some fancy features but that are not very functional then that's what it must be. The room was very small, as was the bathroom, the TV was large and of good quality, so was the bed and wifi connection. There was no work desk, only a small bed side table, making working on a computer even for a little while very uncomfortable. There was a large rain shower head in the bathroom but otherwise the bathroom was...

”Great Hotel, located walking distance from the NEC. Perfect if you are going for an event in the NEC. The staff were very friendly and professional. We had no issues at all. We've parked in the multi storey which is a bit of a walk if you have loads of luggage but other than that we've enjoyed our stay and would come back. The sky bar and restaurant is very nice as well, would highly recommend.”

”Charming property but is essentially an old house so the rooms are smaller than your typical 4 star. Food was good if a little overpriced. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d go back again just for the peace and quiet. They and I have a pool and other facilities in an adjacent building too. Overall recommended, for a quiet and romantic retreat. ”
