Santa Flora is a beautiful property located nearby the Arno River close to Arezzo.
This property, thanks to its 9 bedrooms, can sleep up to 18 people, but on request guests can rent 5 more beds or up to 6 more bedrooms (prices on request). The added rooms will remain closed in case guests rent just 9 bedrooms.
The house includes an ancient tower from the XII century with 4 bedrooms and a central core with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen and a dining room.
All the bedrooms have a/c and en-suite bathroom. The large common areas are perfect to organize family meals or friends reunions.
Santa Flora garden is well-kept and so wide that guests can reach the Arno river. A beautiful private swimming pool is perfect to relax and spend unforgettable days.
From Santa Flora guests can easily reach the main Tuscan cities (Arezzo, Florence, Siena) and characteristic villages in Valdichiana, Orcia Valley and Chianti.
From Arezzo Railway Station there are daily connections to Florence and Rome. Arezzo is reachable by train through a local connection from Capolona.

Ground floor: suite with entrance from a panoramic terrace with view over the Arno. This suite is composed by a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tube and shower.
First floor: access to the other 3 suites composed by double bedroom + en-suite bathroom with bath tube and shower.
These 3 suites are set respectively on the first, second and third floor of the tower.
