”Parking was safe. Only complaint is that Wi-Fi is free but cumbersome to get there. You have to join some Hilton club for free to get Wi-Fi. I didn’t bother as it seemed to invasive. Also paying for parking daily seems a bit much with the price of the room being what it is. ”

”We have a mini fridge but didn't have a microwave. We wanted to warm up leftovers but when we called the front desk they said they would bring one up but it would cost $20 We just threw the leftovers away when we left.”

”I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service.”

”Check-In was super quick and easy. The pictures of the property are spot-on. Breakfast was good (same choices every day). The Penthouse Lounge/Deck was excellent and was awesomely convenient. It is an older building, but they are currently renovating. A great place to stay!!!”

”I made a reservation and was confirmed for a king suite. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no king suites and that it was overbooked with Expedia. I had to settle for a queen suite (which was NOT what I wanted, nor paid for). ”Perfect location to the beach and clean room”

”Very cute updated 60’s-vibe motel. Perfect for our short stay in the Jacksonville beach area. We checked in on our own, with no problems. (Clear instructions emailed the day before.) The room Was clean, amenities nice, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. We did not have housekeeping, but technically really didn’t need.
