Yksityisyyden suoja kahdelle pariskunnalle makuuhuoneissa kodin vastakkaisissa päissä, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. (Mestari on ensuite). Nukkuu 4 aikuista (kaksi paria) mukavasti lisävuodesohvalla, joka nukkuu kaksi. Yhteensä nukkumismahdollisuus on 6 henkilöä.

• Äskettäin sisustettu Persianlahden pakopaikka Shell Pointin paratiisikylässä, alle 1000 metrin päässä Shell Pointin rannalta, joka on hiljattain remontoitu puhtaalla valkoisella hiekalla ja suloisella merirosvoleikkipaikalla.
• Sijaitsee 27 mailia / 40 minuuttia etelään Tallahasseen keskustasta.
• Vieraskodimme on sisustettu tyylikkäillä lahdenväreillä. Makuuhuoneessa on Queen-kokoinen muistivaahtopatja, ja siinä on sademetsän suihku. Toinen yksityinen makuuhuone täysikokoisella muistivaahtovuoteella on kylpyamme suihkulla. Makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat asunnon vastakkaisissa päissä oleskelutilan kanssa ja kolmas makuuhuone yksityisyyden tarjoamisen välillä kahdelle pariskunnalle. Kolmas makuuhuone on sisustettu kahdella vyöryällä.
• Täysin varusteltu keittiö tarjoilevalla baarilla on avoin oleskelu- / ruokailutilalle, jossa on Drexel Heritage -ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu jopa 8 mukavasti, ja lehdet on asennettu.
• Patioon turvattu ei-nähdä-todiste sisältää ruokapöydän ja tuolit kuudelle; upeat näkymät laiturille, kanavalle ja Meksikonlahdelle. Auringonsävyt pitävät sen mukavana myös kuumina Pohjois-Floridan päivinä. Kaasugrilli on helposti saatavilla ja isäntä tarjoaa propaania.
• Vieraspaketti sisältää: Rajoittamaton käyttö: (1) Paddlewheeler Pedal Boat; (2) sähköinen golfkärry; ja (3) kaksi polkupyörää. Kalastus on hienoa Shell Pointia ympäröivillä vesillä. Kalastusluvat vaaditaan myös kalastettaessa yksityiseltä laiturilta.

We had an amazing stay. The house is a little older, so you have to accept a few flaws here and there, but I wouldn't have changed it for the world. It's a perfect location, walking distance to the beach, however.....why walk when there is a golf cart provided for your convenience. Check in was simple. Communication with the host was easy. And the pool was splendid after a hot sticky day! There were PLENTY of towels for all of our numerous showers, which was AWESOME! And the fishing was pretty good the whole trip, even snagged a shark! We had a blast!!

We enjoyed the location of the property. We took a 5 day 4 night stay at shell point beach. Very private beach. The home was enough for what we needed. We Enjoyed dinners and breakfast on the screened in porch. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms for an older mobile home. We cooked and had all we needed. All appliance newer and working. The back bedroom (master) gets a tad warm but we just used what fans they had to move the window unit air to the back room. We also enjoyed having access to the Golf Cart. We had an issue with the front door key pad lock. We informed the owner but I don’t think anyone ever came by. We used the side door with a key instead which was fine. It’s an easy walk to the beach with a kids playground and easy walk to the pool. We even invested in tennis rackets to use the courts. We loved this beach. But it is about 20 minutes to most everything. We couldn’t find a mini putt putt place for the kiddos. Oh St Marks was beautiful but we didn’t catch any fish. We enjoyed seafood at Porters in crawfordsville and trident in pancea Fl. Great spots!

Over all nice have to watch the dock very unatable and put a bug gash in my boat where it rocks some much not happy about but overall nice visit.

1. Upon arrival, noticed the dock was torn apart. Found out it happened last year. 2. Neither of the two golf carts worked - both missing a battery. note: I called the host & he did come over & fixed/repaired the golf carts. He also hauled in a new dock, but it was not installed before I left. All in all, a satisfactory stay, but not as advertised.

Home needs some major updating. 2 of the 3 beds are very unstable and we are not big people. Dishes had been left in the dishwasher. Wrong key was left for the golf cart. Tried to contact the owner. No response til we got home and he called 3 days later.

Barry once again made it possible for us to stay close to our property at Fiddlers Cove, while being able to accommodate our pets. Hopefully you can get the golf cart working, really missed it.

This was a great property in its prime. The property manager was responsive to the issues but the owner never answered our phone calls. The reason why we booked here was because of the golf cart since it is not directly on the beach. The golf cart was not charged, charged overnight and wouldn’t crank up. The batteries would not charge properly. The oven never worked, the dishwasher wouldn’t drain (fixed by handyman), the stove stopped working while cooking breakfast and never came back on. The remote was chewed to pieces by a dog. The front porch furniture was old boat seats that had black mold. The drawers were dirty, missing wheel to the dishwasher, the floor was sketchy at best. It has plywood repairs with carpet covering it up. Things were rigged with tape and some things cheaply repaired with glue. The pots and pans were nasty. Lots of junk drawers. Just not up to standard.

Weather was beautiful. The rental is just the right size for our family. Lived in vibe and very comfortable. Spent most of the time on the screened patio when we were not on our boat or in the community pool. Always meet a lot of nice people there every year. Beach and fishing were great. Love that I can bring both of my little dogs. See you next summer, wish we owned a place in this little community.

Originally rented for myself and my wife for an anniversary stay. But when she had some health issues, she insisted I invite a couple of cycling friends and go anyway. The property was perfect for us as the 50+ mile Capital City to Sea Trail mid-point is only a few miles up the road. The mobile home has some age on it, but is in good shape considering, and very clean and comfortable.
