Great family friendly accommodation
This apartment was perfect for our young family! The lay out was great, the toys were perfect for our kids and the balcony was enjoyed. Finding it was very easy and the check in and out process was seamless.

Great space and location
We had a terrific stay. Location has very convenient, easy to get to the old city, across from park and close to restaurants and groceries. Pool was great to have and apartment was clean, spacious and had everything you needed

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement confortable et bien équipé. Il est situé dans une grande résidence calme et sécurisée, au bord des jardins du Turia ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles en vélo. L'équipe d'ApartUP est très professionnelle et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Petit points à corriger (qui n'ont pas nuit à la qualité de notre séjour): toutes les portes grincent, il faudrait donc penser à les graisser. Egalement les volets électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Autrement tout était très bien !

Mala experiencia
Una pena ya que parecía un buen apartamento para familias. Estaba algo sucio y se notaba que era antiguo. Nada más llegar los vecinos de al lado gritándose "venga, pégame si quieres que llamo a la policía", nos dio un poco de miedo. 2 de las persianas estaban rotas y tuvimos que apañarnos para dormir tapando la ventana. Lo "corrigieron" para la 2a noche (la rompieron hasta abajo en lugar de que se quedaran a medio bajar), pero la primera noche dormimos con las persianas rotas. Hasta hoy no se han ofrecido a compensarnos por esa noche. Si lo arreglan seguro que es buen sitio para alojarse más allá de los gritos de los vecinos.

Great place for Kids
Apart is as shown in the pictures. Staff were very accomidating and quickly helped resolved the only issue we had. Very flexible with arrival and departure timing and even watched our luggage as we had a late flight leaving Valencia. Apartment was clean and quiet and the kids rooms worked out great. Great location for exploring the culture center of Valencia and easy walk into the historic portions of the city. Would stay here again.
