I would advise everybody to avoid staying in this hotel. First off, the food, at least as of July 2020 is inedible. My friend and I are not too fussy and had been staying at other 3 star all-inclusives in Bulgaria and enjoyed the food. At this hotel, the food was just generally bad. Add to that, dinner did not come with dessert options except for ice cream. No pastries or cakes. But the worst part, by far, was that we had a problem with our room and they refused to fix it. The air conditioning was not working and so our room, according to our thermometer readings, was over 28 degrees inside. Naturally we asked for them to please change our rooms, but they refused. They said that only a manager can do this, and the manager is off duty because it was night. I asked what he would do if a room flooded or water didn't work, etc., and he said he would have to wake the manager and bring a manager down to move rooms for the guest. I asked why he couldn't do that, and he said that a broken air conditioner wasn't important. And above this, the manager refused to offer any compensation for this, other than allowing us to cancel the remainder of our stay. I am now forced to go through the bank and expedia to get a full refund, because the hotel refused to offer us the air conditioned room we paid for. I highly recommend staying in a different hotel as this was the worst all-inclusive we have ever visited.

Dear Grey, we are very sorry to hear that you left the hotel disappointed. Most of our guests enjoy the meals that we offer. We are sorry that your food options could not meet your taste. We are offering dessert options like pastries and cakes during lunch and dinner. They are just behind the icecream. If you haven't seen them you could have asked the Restaurant Manager on Duty for assistance. As being Travel Life member and a nature-friendly hotel we have implemented a system which turns off the air-conditioning when the temperature outside is below 21 C. Despite that as soon as you reported that you have a problem with the air-conditioning, we have sent a technician to take a look. We are sorry that this setting of the airconditioning system has caused you inconvenience. You were offered a room change, but you have prefered to leave the hotel. You have been refunded for the second night at the hotel. After your departure, the chambermaid has found a credit card in your room and she has brought it immediately at the reception. The Front Office Manager has contacted you, to inform you that you have left your credit card at the hotel and to ask you how would you like to get it back. We are sorry that you think this is bad service. One more time we are sorry that we could not meet your high expectations. With best wishes,
