Underwhelmed
This was my second stay at JW Marriott Venice. It has not turned for the better over the years, unfortunately. The facility is showing serious signs of wear and tear. Gardening is sloppy. Housekeeping is underpar. I had a small experiment and decided to watch a loose piece of trash I found on the bathroom floor at arrival - it was still there at the time of check-out three nights later. There was also dark hair in the sink and on the floor, and I am blond. The food was disappointing except for the breakfast. The highlight was the staff. They were friendly and helpful, casual but professional.

Wonderful stay, some issues need to be sorted out
A really beautiful place. Total relaxation and excellent service. However, we had some issues, that need to be sorted out. A/C did not work properly in our room without an additional unit, which was provided promptly. This was an issue also in the breakfast room, too hot. Cleaning needs also some more effort, we found pieces of glass on the floor and found hair from previous guests on the shower floor.

Loistohotelli Venetsian laguunissa.
Upea hotelli viettää yhdistettyä kaupunki- ja resortlomaa. Hotellissa ja alueella kaikki toimi erinomaisesti. Venetsia ja lähisaaret helposti tavoitettavissa. Kannattaa käyttää lentokentän ja hotellin välillä venetaksia, vaikka se onkin kalliihko. Suosittelemme ehdottomasti.

There is nothing quite like the JW Marriott Venice on Isola delle Rose. The uniqueness of this property makes for quite a luxurious experience! The staff’s attention to detail can make you feel like their most important guest! We will for sure be back!

The property is nice, but doesn't feel aligned with what you end up paying. It doesnt feel like a JW Marriott - more like a Courtyard Marriott. While we didn't really have any bad experiences, nothing really stands out to make it a great one especially given the price point and location (e.g. food is average and caters to tourists). It seems like a hotel that many people use to spend 1-2 nights in before going off for the cruise. Full of groups. The shuttle is very convenient - easy to get to St Marks square and helps stay away from the crowds.

We stayed 3 nights with my fiancée in this lovely trip. Property grounds are stunning, I would have wished to stay one more night to enjoy all the facilities. Breakfast buffet was amazing, great food quality and options. One of our concerns was transportation to Venice and it worked perfectly, boat sails every 30 minutes from and to St. Mark’s Square.

El hotel es una belleza, disfrutamos mucho en familia las instalaciones, tienen un restaurant en el rooftop donde fuimos a ver el atardecer y cenar espectacular! Nuestra habitación estaba increible, el servicio de todo el personal fue de primera y siempre atentos a lo que necesitemos. De verdad una gran experiencia, las albercas, juegos para niños, comida, transporte, todo de 100.

Nice hotel with a very high service level from the staff, in particular the staff in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant did a very good job. But price and quality doesn’t match. Food quality below average in a country where quality and taste normally is very good. Paid twice the price for both food and wine compared to the city center. Too much Marriott concept hotel and less Italian touch which is a pretty.

Ein Paradies außerhalb - aber in Reichweite - von Venedig. Gutes Freizeit-, Sportangebot, tolles Zimmer mit Terrasse (Residenza). Sagra Restaurant mit sehr nettem Personal und leckerem Essen. Buffetdinner in der Cucina auch abwechslungsreich. Man schaut auf Venedig und genießt die Stille einer Insel.

Razoável, tive alguns problemas: não tinha restaurante sem ser de uma estrela onde nesse restaurante nao tinha comida infantil, tive que ir para Veneza as 21:30. Quarto lotado de pernilongo. Quarto nao era limpo adequadamente. Banheiro não foi limpo. Dois sorvetes e uma coca foi cobrado 75 euros. Até no café da manhã distribuem papel para vc dar gorgeta. Um hotel bem americano. Não é agradável o barco do hotel que vai para Veneza. Todos os serviços que o Hotel propõe sai o dobro do preço. Café da manhã bagunçado e qdo acaba eles nao repoe e falam que acabou. Não indico o Hotel.

A family favorite. Can’t imagine a better place in Venice to stay with kids. Their team really goes above and beyond and the property is simply fabulous for a family stay. Very large suite. Amazing family pool, with a kids water fountain next to it and a great playground. You can also bike around the island. Outdoor movies. Archery, basketball. A great way to spend some energy in the mornings to then go off to discover Venice in the afternoons. Can’t wait to come back for the next art biennale!
