Casa Vico is located in the village of Vercana, about 3 km from the lakefront. Given its elevated position it has a breathtaking panoramic view and is far from the chaos of the main road.



Despite being in a very quiet location, just 3 km down towards the lakefront you can find all the services you will need during your holiday (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier).



You can choose whether to live your holiday always on the go to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying on the balcony enjoying the view!



Both the living room and the master bedroom overlook the lake directly: you can enjoy the view of the lake every morning when you wake up!



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with hob, oven, fridge, American coffee machine and electric kettle;



To complete the living area we find a sofa and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed, chests of drawers and a wardrobe to store all your clothes.



The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.



The bathroom has a shower with a glass shower box, a sink with a mirror, a toilet and a bidet.



Under the apartment there is a storage room with a washing machine.



There is no private parking space, but less than 100 meters away there are two free public car parks.



The apartment is on the first floor, reachable by a flight of stairs.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and bathroom towels.
