”Brilliant from start to finish. Check in was quick and friendly. Every staff member we came into contaxt with was lovely and so helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent and perfectly cooked. Cannot fault our stay at all. ”

”We had a wonderful stay. Our room was small but very comfortable with views of the hills. The tea and coffee choices are the best I've ever seen anywhere. Lorna is a lovely host and makes the best breakfast with plenty of choices. The location is approx. 15 minutes walk into Keswick and the Threkeld trail, just down the hill, make walking there better away from the traffic. We would definitely recommend Brookfield and hope to vist again. ”

”Lovely old pub. The rooms great and clean but the beds were a bit bumpy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the first night, I had belly pork, which was very tender and tasty. The second night I had a burger, but it was dry. All in all, it was a great break”
