”Stayed there for a wedding and the pumps were broke so flat drinks were served all day/night, nothing was done about it and food at the wedding was served without notification so we had none.”

”my room was fantastic. it had a very good shower and bath. the bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. the room layout was perfect and the fixtures and fittings were very stylish. breakfast was absolutely perfect and the staff working in the hotel were lovely. oh. great coffee too. i would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting warrington, or even visiting manchester if you fancy a great hotel away from the city centre. the hotel is a two minute walk from the train station...

”Another lovely stay here, rooms are stylish and very clean, check in process is great and the surrounding area is lovely with lots of nice bars and restaurants. A wonderful place to stay in the centre - just one small niggle is that we both found that the pillows were too hard, so maybe a choice of a hard and soft pillow would be better, irrespectively, we will definately stay again. ”

”Yes front desk was very polite and knowledgeable Cleaning staff missed one day of cleaning but a quick message to front desk and we got towels and toilet paper. Alittle far from city Center but a 15 minute walk was okay. ”

The bed was comfortable with the best pillows ever. The bar and restaurant was full of character and Liz the restaurant manager was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to making her guests stay special.
