The villa is owned by the family that owns the well-known Tavern Paladnjaki, located next to the property, famous for hosting luxury wedding events. However, during the rental period, no weddings take place, ensuring a private and peaceful stay. As an added benefit, guests are offered a complimentary daily breakfast, as well as a welcome tasting dinner and an Istrian wine, cheese, and olive oil tasting experience.

Originally an old Istrian house, Villa Paladnjaki was fully renovated in 2025, incorporating natural materials from the original structure to preserve its historic charm. Much of the renovation work was personally carried out by the owners, ensuring a unique blend of tradition and modern comfort.

The villa offers a well-designed outdoor space, featuring a 52 m2 private pool surrounded by sunbeds and a spacious garden, creating a relaxing environment for guests. A fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill is also available, perfect for outdoor dining.

Spread across three levels, the villa provides ample space and privacy for all guests. The ground floor includes an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. The first floor features two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds and an additional sofa bed, while the other offers a large double bed with access to a balcony. The second floor includes two more bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a sofa bed, and balcony access, while the other contains two single beds. To ensure a comfortable stay, each guest will have slippers and a bathrobe at their disposal.
