”I booked White shark backpackers when I arrived there the owner told me that she didn't received my booking and end up sending me to her husband guest house called Gansbaai backpackers 😔. I was very disappointed about the room. The linen sticks(cigarette) , no lock for the door. No cleaner( helper). I booked twin bedroom but we were given another with four beds and we lose R40 according to the room category. It was really uncomfortable to sleep on the dirty linen for whole two nights.😞 ...

”The road to and from the cottages is challenging for some. I was not fussed but my wife is scared of heights and in some parts was anxious of the sheer drop. The cottage takes you back in time as there is no electricity, hot water or mobile phone reception. I really enjoyed the seclusion and quietness but this may not be for everyone.
