”Lovely ocean view suite which was nice, quiet and peaceful to watch the days go by while working. Although early check-in wasn't available, there is luggage storage and access to the common lounge/restaurant area which was a beautifully decorated space to enjoy with the water swing, floaties and access to swim right from the deck. The front desk team were extremely friendly and helpful with checking in on stay and providing local information with tours. I loved that there was filtered water...

”Inexpensive for what you get. I stayed in a private over the water cabin with my own private bathroom. Conveniently close to Bocas Town. Host was friendly, patient, and very helpful. Has its own restaurant and bar, so really no need to go anywhere else. I would rent again. ”

”Cool location in the lush jungle with walking paths and warm water! I only lost a little skin on the waterslide, but still so fun! The included hike to hospital point was surprisingly perfect. Nightime underwater glow worms were a trip! I didn’t book this room, but they put me in a sea urchin shaped upsides pool, it was cool. The second night I did get eaten alive by mosquitoes (from under the door and ceiling circle air vent wasn't a perfect closure. Fan was very needed, but still a bit hot one...

”Surfari was a great place to stay. The breakfast was really good and we slept well as there was not that much noises from the streets (sometimes heavy rain, barking dogs or a rooster crowning woke us up). The staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were very basic, quite small, but clean and hot water in the shower was a great value. There were 2 kitchens where you can prepare your own meals with lots of kitchen equipments.”

”We loved our immersion in nature, wellness, and excellent food and service! Gorgeous and comfortable open-air accomodations in the middle of the jungle. ”We loved Isla Bastimentos, the people, and the property but there is quite a bit of litter on the island and the water is not clean enough around the villa to swim in. It seemed that a lot of grey water and dirt went into to the water as it smelled.”

”El Jaguar oli hyvä hostelli todella edulliseen hintaan. Palvelu oli ystävällisiä ja apuja ja neuvoja liittyen lähialueen tutkailuun, ravintoloihin ym sai varmasti pyytäessä. Huone oli siisti ja jaettu kylpyhuonekin ihan hyvässä kunnossa. Yhteinen keittiö- ja oleskelutila oli toimiva ja maisemat mahtavat. Tunnelma oli rento ja baarin juomat halpoja. ”It’s was just what we were looking for. Not the hustle and bustle of city. It was up in the hill and we loved it!! If your going power goes out a lot on the island so bring flashlights! Overall great place! Car taxi can’t make the hill. So get a bus or truck taxi. Good times. ”
