”I wanted to check in fast and visit an important attraction before they closed. The reception lady indicated that by law she had to check us in right away and show us the room. I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. I was thinking that she had no choice in the matter to do so and if I had arrived at 8pm she would have to check me in if she liked it or not. ??”

”The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. ”

”My family & I stayed in one of the private chalets at Atlantic Bays Holiday Park near Padstow for 7 nights and had an amazing time! There was some initial confusion caused by Hotels.com, but Simon from Holidays Cornwall (who look after the Chalet we stayed in) was super helpful throughout our stay. The Chalet was lovely & clean, it had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds, sofa and chairs were all comfortable. We had a tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms....
