”This was my second stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and both this trip and the one in 2023 were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the staff attentive and friendly, and the amenities were top notch. The restaurants I ate at were all delicious, a dish here or there was just ok, but by and large the food was very good. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back again.”

”Misplaced luggage, delayed to fix their errors, was told our second room would be upgraded and the didn’t do so, poor communication from staff to visitors. ”Beautiful resort! Kind and attentive staff, our butlers Ricardo and Alex were amazing and did their best to make our stay more memorable. Drinks were good and rooms were clean. Our only dislike was the swim up diamond club oceanfront pools. They need to be cleaned for sure. Debris at the bottom, bird droppings on the sides; and people are leaving their floaties behind. There was a deflated floaty in the bushes. While the room spotless, the swim out left much to be desired.”
