”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay.”

”Ok”

”Jnkn verran epäsiisti yleisvaikutelma (vanha ja kulunut) huone siivoojien työtilan vieressä, aloittivat jo ennen seitsemää puhumisen ja kolistelun, suihku vuosi läpi vuorokauden, ei korjattu ja suihku putosi toistuvasti pidikkeestään, ruoka oli mautonta ja päivästä toiseen samanlaista yhtä poikkeusta lukuunottamatta, josta maksoimme lisämaksun. Muutoinkin ruoka oli ylihintaista laatuun nähden. Baggage-huonetta ei ollut ja lähtöpäivän suihkutilat huonot.”

”The hotel property is nice and the beach and pool are great. Buffet and all inclusive drinks are ok but could be better. Staff in generally very good, some exceptionally good. I had some illness during my stay and they really cared. Also they notice my 50 years birthday very nicely eventhough I didn't mention that at all. Thanks!”
