”The room was pretty decent, and large, and the beds were comfortable, but otherwise the whole place was somewhat run down and not by well maintained, with a musty smell throughout, including in the room and bathroom. The place is just OK, at best. They were no staff there, and it was difficult to communicate with them via email, or text, or Expedia, and you may or may not get a reply. Check-in instructions were not adequate and if you show up early, the place, and the adjoining pub, is closed...

”We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd...

”Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Great location. We walked downhill into town each day and got the 31 bus back up the hill each day and it stops outside the hotel. Great location”

”Classic and whimsical at the same time. So tastefully done. Spacious and clean. Helpful staff. Even have a self service bar in the common area”

”The property was spotless, clean, the bed and open area spacious, but the bathroom, especially the bath area, was not big enough to move around. The room temperature was colder at night. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices; the gym space is small and lacks enough equipment. Most importantly, it is a nice place to get a quiet, relaxing break, and I would recommend it to loved ones and friends for a good staycation. Also staff were friendly and consider coming back in future.”

”Everything was ok”

”Great location, comfortable bed. Parking was easy in the nearby carpark.”

”Amazing”

”Lovely stay”

”Monipuolinen aamiainen, pöytiin tarjoiltu kahvi ja useita lämpimiä vaihtoehtoja. Parempi kuin muissa brittihotelleissa on ikinä ollut. ”

”On site restaurant is closed, but there is a pub nearby and you can walk to Costa and McDonalds for breakfast. Rooms are dated, but fine, bed was comfortable, good shower. No fitness or other facilities, unless I missed them.”

”Great location, right next to central bus station. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rather simple and coffee not that tasty.”

”Rooms are large. Lots of parking, bus stop outside to get into city centre. Good breakfast choices, comfy beds.”
