”A perfect gem close to the Universal studios. Retro vibe but in a classy way and the hotel is completely remodelled. A great pool area with a bar, a very nice gym and guest laundry. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and dinner was also good. A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence. A complimentary trolley to Universal...
”We had cleaning service every day. Very clean hotel and costumer service was great. I would love the hotel to have full breakfast options and at least a restaurant as well. ”

”This place was very cute. We checked in late with no issues, 2 rooms. They put us right next door to each other. Which I loved. The rooms have a patio balcony with a super cute garden. We used the beautiful pool and spa in the morning before check out. Shamoy was very friendly and helpful.
Downside, they are remodeling with loud equipment. There were a couple ants in the bathroom. The TV remote sucked, maybe it needed new batteries, IDK. All that said I would definitely come back on a...

”Pool was enclosed and plenty of towels. Rooms were nice and clean. They are finishing up the remodeling and updating. Hot shower with good pressure. The bed was a little soft for my husband. Walking distance to Ralph's grocery store, Starbucks, Panda Express, and universal studios tram.”
