”Wonderful spot to explore the cloud forest around Arenal volcano. Great trails for nature lovers with lots of birds and monkeys.
Great breakfast buffet. However, the dinner options were a little disappointing and pricey.”
”This location was the ideal place for for my multi-generational family vacation. The property is gorgeous and we especially liked the pool and surrounding garden — it was a beautiful oasis for afternoon breaks. The staff was so attentive— I think there was a moment where I whatsapp’d them and they were on site within minutes! The only reason I put 4 stars for amenities is because the kitchen stools and some of the kitchen tools were pretty cheap compared to the luxe nature of everything else on...
”Dinner at the restaurant is fantastic! The Chocolate tour (5 min walk) was a great mid morning tour and very interesting - make and eat your own chocolate! The walk up to La Fortuna was challenging so ask for a ride of you need one. The owner was incredibly helpful and was able to get me a day pass to Baldi Springs for the locals rate :) ”
”Amazing place! It is a little outside the town with an amazing view of the volcano. The property was so relaxing with a pool and shaded areas to hang out. So many birds and a beautiful garden! The actual room was good for sleeping and making simple meals but we spent most of our time outdoors on the property. Would stay again!”
”Really beautiful and peaceful resort! The hotel has its own hot springs, and also an outside jacuzzi. The amenities of the room were great, for example the insect repellent cream was very useful. The resort area was well kept, and all kind of animals were walking around. Besides for families, this hotel was an excellent choice also for a solo traveller looking for tranquility.”
