”We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we...

”We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!”

”Our first impression of the resort was positive, but once we settled in and spent more time on the property, we quickly realized the overall experience was underwhelming. The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. The floors felt dirty, and there was noticeable dust underneath the bed. The property overall needs bettermaintenance and updates, as there were several areas of visible damage, including holes and other issues throughout the resort. We also experienced indoor flooding...

”The accommodation was beautiful. It felt like we had our own piece of the jungle. We've seen lots of coatis, raccoons and iguanas. Unfortunately, a lot of mosquitoes too, but that's expected in Mexico (at least in October). There was mosquito repellent in the room though. The staff were very helpful with any questions or requests.”
