”We stayed in ‘Valentine’. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The decor was beautiful and perfectly complemented such a beautiful townhouse. The location was great to explore Leith with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops, but also very convenient for the tram into Edinburgh centre. We will definitely be going back to 3 Johns Place.”

”Warm and welcoming. Excellent location, great value for money. Some roofing work going on but there was zero noise or disturbance whatsoever. The beds are super comfortable, and rooms silent, so we slept well. Second time staying here, will be coming back. Craig is lovely and helpful, and we got to leave our luggage at the hotel for the day after checkout so we could go to Portobello for we had a late flight. Oh and I could just see Arthur's Seat from the room window :)”

We arrived quite early and the front desk staff were very friendly and stored our bags for us so we could go see the city while waiting to check in (and also stored our bags after check out as we had a late flight)! Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and always greeted us when we walked by. The room, kitchenette, and bathroom itself was very spacious, clean, and modern. The air conditioning system was very easy to use...
