”Hieno paikka, josta varsinkin hotellin katon näkymä Fuji vuorelle on mahtava. Kaiseki illallinen tarjoiltiin omaan erilliseen tilaan ja meille kerrottiin sopivasti lisää ruoasta ja kuinka syödä sitä. Tarjoilija piti selvästi huolta, että ehdimme illan ilmaiseen rumpuesitykseen. Hotelli tarjoaa kuljetuksen lähimmälle juna-asemalle (Fujisan). Tulimme aikaisin ja hotellilla ei ollut lounasta tarjolla, joten siitä pieni miinus.”

The traditional royokan rooms were an immersion in the traditional Japanese experience. However the absolute highlights were the authentic Japanese meals served by the most friendly and helpful staff. This stay could be the highlight of your trip.”

”We were a group of four Finns. Our room was quite large and we had a nice view to the lake and the mountains, even though we were in the first floor. The included breakfast and dinner were tasty and filling. The service was amazing. We also had no problems in communicating with the staff in English. I would absolutely recommend this place for my family and friends.”

”Musashino bekkan offered us a perfect ryokan experience. Travelling as a family with two younger kids, the hospitality was amazing. Our room was beautiful, with views to enjoy. Tea was always available in the room. The kaiseki style dinners were an experience themselves, fresh, amazing flavors, beautiful set up and we definitely were not left hungry. The kids were also taken into consideration very nicely. We enjoyed the onsen, very calm and relaxing! Would definitely recommend, our experience...

”We had 2 rooms for us - enjoyed the night in Gora Kadan Onsen (Spa) on the way from Kyoto to Tokyo. We had full board = dinner + breakfast and, while not at all low cost, it was one of the most memorable stays one can have with great food and very traditional Japan onsen atmosphere”

”チェックイン前にも関わらず、雨が強く、バスが止まったから辿り着けるかどうか確認のご連絡をわざわざくださり、一旦チェックインしてから外出して食事に行こうと予定していましたが、バスが止まるくらいひどいなら、食事を済ませてからにしようかなどと、予定が組みやすくなりました。従業員さんは親切丁寧で、私が予約人数を間違えたのですが、快く対応してくださり、チェックアウトが7時半〜ですが、雨でイベントに間に合わないかもしれないので、7時に出たいと申し出ましたが、快く対応してくださいました。お風呂は清掃が行き届いていて、アメニティも整っていて、とても快適でした。一人で大浴場に入っていたので、従業員さんが入って来られたのは一瞬びっくりしましたが、清掃が行き届いているのだなと安心しました。 ”

”Highly recommend for the authentic Ryokan experience. It has an authenticity to it that the fancier places don't. Staff and service were amazing. Onsen were great with some fantastic views. Definitely a must if staying overnight in Hakone area. ”
