”First stay at a Residence Inn. We were very pleased. The accommodations and the property amenities were all great. They were cozy and high quality. Complimentary breakfast was very good. ”We thought the room set-up could have been improved by having a desk and 2 chairs rather than a round table and 2 heavy chairs. Adding a module for 3-pronged plugs and USB cords would greatly help those of us who must use laptops and/or tablets. The hotel was convenient to everything. The common outdoor area was lovely. Sedona is a gem of a place.”

”Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

”The staff was super friendly. There was a little door slamming that could be heard. All sorts of in room amenities - fridge, microwave, ice maker, shaving kit, etc. The town outside Grand Canyon doesn’t have many dining choices and only McDonalds may be open after 9:00 so plan accordingly. ”
