”A beautiful home nestled in the hills above fish bay. I felt like I was staying in a botanist’s dream, there was so much greenery on the property! Ted really takes care of this place, and the kitchen was very well appointed. We ended up eating out only one night because I was enjoying the kitchen and grill so much. ”Wow, where to start! Let's start with booking. After booking the property, the owners were fantastic in communication with me. They were extremely prompt and went the extra mile with sharing lots of information about the area, things to do, etc. You can tell they are passionate about St. John and want to ensure their guests have an incredible experience. ”We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....

”Family of 3 traveling with a 12yo. Our first trip to the Caribbean and House Aceso provided everything we needed. We loved staying on the quiet side of the island and the views are unmatched. As advertised, 4wd is required to get up to the house. Pictures of the property are correct. Kitchen is well-appointed, best we've ever seen at a rental, including a small gas grill. We brought in our luggage some frozen meat to cook. There are 2 markets in Coral Bay to purchase other groceries at island...

”Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views on the quieter side of the island. Property has lovely gardens, beautiful to see and very attractive to birds (one of our key interests). We saw 18 “life” species on the island, 14 of which we saw from the expansive deck. Hosts were very personable, with good recommendations on places to bird, eat and snorkel. It helped that they had snorkel equipment and beach towels for our use. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay....
