”We had 2 room reserved one of them AC and tv worked the other one it did not. There were multiple outlets that did not work. Most of the staff but not all did not seem happy to help. They acted as if they were doing us a favor. The food in the buffet was not good at all. The restaurants were better. My wife got sick while we were there it was determined it was something she either ate or drank that landed her in the hospital for 3 days. And if you happen to go to the hospital stay away from...

”⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Majestic Elegance Resort!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

”Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$.
We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard.
Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it for free since we had ants problem though. Otherwise it was only available upon request with gratitude fee.
All restaurants were also fully booked the time we stayed at Atlantis.

”During my trip to Puerto Rico, I stayed at three different hotels, and this one was by far the nicest. The view from my room was incredible, and the pool was definitely the highlight of the property. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that getting to the beach was a bit inconvenient, as it required taking a ferry. Overall, though, it was a great experience and I would recommend it.”
