”I didn't like how you had to have reservations for almost all the restaurant the pool restaurant I didn't enjoy the food the staff was too relaxed meaning they overlooked the guests due to having their own conversations and when asked for something it almost appeared as if you were bothering them not all staff was like that just a few the food was not what I expected it to be very Americanized”

”Everything was amazing, once we got up to the resort we didn’t want to leave. there is a lot of walking and taking stairs if you don’t use the transportation but we didn’t mind it was part of Anse charm!”

”Everything was beyond my wildest expectations. I have never encountered more friendlier and more attentive staff; they seem genuinely glad to be working there and it shows in their work ethic and approach to guests. The resort is gorgeous, light, earthy, beautifully decorated and intimate, felt even better than home. The pools were never crowded and we were always able to get our preferred chairs.
