”Overall great experience. Brenda helped me plan my engagement, from the dinner reservation, to the surprise photographer, to the room decoration. Very attentive room service, we were checked up on every 3-4 hours to see if we needed anything. You could either call or place your order in the app which makes it convenient. Depending on the order, it usually took 25-50min for an order. It’s not a loud party resort, but still fun. When you get to the lobby/shop area, you do notice more attentiveness...

”While checking in I reminded the front desk that we were getting a partial ocean view. They said if we didn’t, they would switch us the next morning. The next room was perfect!! Everything about our AI experience was wonderful. We attended both dinner shows as well. Very entertaining! This is our 3rd trip staying at PB Rose in 4 years. Can’t wait to come back.”
