”Service was cheerful and polite. Room was a bit rustic with some minor damages and empty minibar. One big minus for the airport transportation service. On arrival my flight was heavily late and I informed the hotel of this. However, as the flight kept on being delayed, instead of finding out when the flight would actually land, the guy from hotel transportation service had just left, leaving me to search for my own ride. Upon calling the hotel reception, I was blamed for giving the wrong arrival...

”Overall, the property is really nice and clean. Where the service needs to be improved is in the food quality and variety. The meat served was always dried and hard to chew. And more local cuisine wouldn’t hurt. Also, the cleaning ladies must do an effort to be nicer to the customers.”
