”Beim check-in hat es ca eine Stunde gedauert bis meine Reservierung gefunden wurde und obwohl meine Rechnung ist bereits über Expedia beglichen verlangte der Rezeptionist dass ich das Hotelzimmer zahlen muss . WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. das Hotel war in der Nacht telefonisch nicht erreichbar ”

”Ce n’est pas un hôtel horrible. Les chambres sont grandes mais vieillottes. Les chambres sont propres, mais les tapis et les murs tachés. Grande salle de bain, mais un peu de moisissure. En fait, c’est bien, mais… Surtout ne demandez rien au personnel de la réception ou du bar. Ils ne voudront pas vous aider. Au restaurant par contre, le personnel est vraiment sympathique. ”

”The hotel and the staff made us feel like being in a paradise! Instead of two different rooms that we had reserved and paid for, we got one beautiful suite including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The wifi connection was a bit weak so we informed the reception of that. The next morning a lady came and changed the modem and the wifi connection was excellent after that! The breakfast and dinner were lavish and so delicious, big thanks to the kitchen and waiter...

”The hotel was cozy, the staffs were polite and food was good. The hotel is in yasmine hammemt and it’s a beautiful place with gorgeous marina but has only designed for tourists. There are lots of tourist shops and only one small grocery shop. You can go to Hammamet in 15 min if you take a taxi and there is a buss line that goes there too. I would totally recommend this hotel!”

”Check in went ok. Room was big and clean, some ants going around but didn't bother us. Daily cleaning good with fresh towels. No wifi in the room, only complaint from us but that's a big thing nowadays!! Breakfest good, open until 9.30 which is a bit early on holiday ;) bread, omelettes, pastries, coffee/tea, yogort... eat outside since people smoke inside. Did not eat other times at the hotel but went out. There's nothing much around, boring copy places with the same overpriced pizza, pasta...

”Stayed here before. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Not as thoroughly cleaned as I woud have expected for a 5* as evidenced by hairs in bathroom and shower and sand on console table and floor. Staff generally ok and friendly but not as warm/attentive as in some other local hotels. Reasonable and fairly standard meal selection. Good salads and some freshly cooked foods (grilled fish, pizza, pasta omelettes etc.) Limited 'animation' more suited to couples seeking a quiet break than families...
