"Although the hotel is gorgeous and well kept, the service is somewhat on a mediocre level. The valet and staff are extremely friendly and exemplify southern hospitality 100%. However, upon arrival is when I was notified of the $100 incidental fee PER NIGHT which they said also covers amenities so ..."

"We have stayed here many times and liked it. However this time they put us on the 17th floor when the 18th floor was under complete renovation (ripping up floors etc). I am talking jack hammers right above our heads to the point that I could not even make a phone call in my room let alone a nap!! ..."
